Stir-fried Zongzi with Red Cabbage Moss

The meat dumplings made by my mother (the dumplings are cooked for a few days in the wind) and a small handful of red cabbage moss picked in the vegetable garden (the vegetables I grow are sweet).

Slice the rice dumplings, cut the red cabbage stalks diagonally, not cross-cut, as shown in the picture.

Put a small amount of oil in the pot, and fry the red cabbage first.

Then add the rice dumplings and stir fry. Chop the rice dumplings with chopsticks in a soft state, add a little salt and light soy sauce to season them out.
