A dish that rewards the child's father. The child's recent studies and living conditions are very good. In order to express my gratitude, I, who took care of the three meals at home, fried his favorite onion pork belly for his dad. In fact, to be honest, I also like this dish very much. Every time I have it, I will eat half a bowl of rice. I entangle and like it, so I don’t fry it easily.
If you like it, you can also copy it. Change the onion to dried bean curd and pickled mustard. They are all very good mixes.

2. Add water to the pot and boil until warm, then blanch the pork for a while.

3. Add a little oil to the pan, change the pork belly into slices and fry until the oil comes out, then take the oil out of the pan and set aside.

4. Leave a little oil in the pan and saute the onions and peppers until fragrant.

5. Then return the fried pork belly to the pot.

6. Add cooking wine, soy sauce and a little sugar and stir-fry until it tastes delicious.

7. In this way, a small stir-fry of pork belly with onion is complete.
