Stirred Bitter Gourd with Shredded Pork

Wash the bitter gourd.

Cut the lean meat into thick strips, add salt, cooking wine, and water starch to marinate for a while.

Cut the bitter gourd into thick strips, remove the seeds of the sharp pepper and cut into thick strips.

Put the oil in the wok to heat up, add the silky pork and stir-fry to change the color and serve.

Continue to put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add bitter gourd and chili shreds and stir-fry for 5 or 6 minutes.

Tips:
The bitter gourd shreds are thicker, and there is no taste after being sautéed too finely.
