Straw Mushroom Tofu

Sliced tofu; sliced green peppers and red peppers; washed and sliced straw mushrooms;

Heat oil in a frying pan, sauté ginger slices first, then add tofu slices and fry until golden on both sides;

Heat oil in a wok, add straw mushrooms and fry until fragrant, add tofu slices and stir evenly;

Add fuel and appropriate amount of water, stir well, turn to low heat, and cook for about 5 minutes until it tastes good;

Finally, add green peppers and small red peppers, stir fry a few times, and season with salt.
