Straw Mushrooms in Oyster Sauce

Prepare the straw mushrooms and Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce.

Wash the straw mushrooms and cut in half.

Pour oil into the pot and heat it up.

Add straw mushrooms and stir-fry evenly. Stir-fry the straw mushrooms

Add Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce.

Continue to stir fry evenly.

Stir fry until the oyster sauce is thick so that the straw mushrooms are evenly coated with oyster sauce.
8.
Turn off the heat, put it on a plate, and place the scallions on the plate for decoration.
Tips:
Oyster sauce has a salty taste and is already very delicious. No need to add any seasoning.
