Strawberry Cake Roll

Separate egg yolk and egg white, add 20g sugar to egg yolk, and oil cream flour.

Stir it into a rice paste.

Add a few drops of vinegar to the egg whites.

Add sugar in 3 times and beat the egg whites. At right angles.

Add the egg whites to the batter three times. Stir up and down evenly.

Pour into the baking pan, 150℃ for 20 minutes for the middle and lower layer, and 10 minutes for the middle layer.

Take out the cool and tear off the backing paper.

Upside down and cool.

Strawberry with cream.

Whip the cream with sugar.

Spread the cream on the cake.

Sprinkle diced strawberries.
13.
Roll into rolls and refrigerate.
14.
Open the cake roll and squeeze the cream on top of the strawberries.
15.
Finished product.
