Strawberry Cheese Tart

The butter is softened at room temperature, add low-gluten flour, salt, and knead into coarse grains. Add milk. Simply knead the dough and let it sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Roll the tart thin.

Spread the tart thinly on the Xuechu golden 4-inch heart-shaped tart pan with live bottom, roll it with a rolling pin, remove the excess tart, and let it sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Add cream cheese, sugar, milk, and insulated water until it melts.

Add egg yolk.

Stir until the tart liquid is delicate.

Preheat the oven at 180°, and bake the tart crust until slightly brown, about 15 minutes. Pour the 4-inch egg tart mold in the entrance kitchen and continue to bake for 20 minutes.

Bake until the tart liquid is set.

Slice the strawberry and cut into a heart shape with a biscuit mold. Place the strawberry slices on the tart.

1. Some strawberry jam can be added to the tart liquid for more flavor.
