Strawberry Cream Cake Cup

Separate the egg whites and egg yolks in two clean basins, and then add a few drops of lemon juice or white vinegar, a little salt to the egg whites (add fine sugar to the egg whites in three times) and beat until moist foaming, as shown in the figure.
