Strawberry Jam

Nowadays, the strawberry is seriously polluted, but I prefer this bite. I soaked it in salt water for about 15 minutes, and then rinsed gently with running water.

Crush the strawberries with a spoon. I didn’t think about it at first. You can cut them into cubes with a knife in advance.

Add water to a high heat and bring it to a boil. After the strawberry pulp is boiled, turn off the heat.
