Strawberry Jam

Wash the strawberries, add salt and soak for about 30 minutes

Put the processed strawberries into the bread machine, add a teaspoon of salt, appropriate amount of sugar, concentrated lemon juice, red wine, and set the jam program

Pour the finished jam into a non-stick pan to collect the juice, add starch and pectin powder to make the ginger juice thicker, and finally bottle it, and put it in the refrigerator after it cools.
Tips:
Because the jam is made by yourself, don’t make too much at a time to avoid expiration and waste.
