Strawberry Jam Cookies

Prepare materials;

After the butter is softened, add powdered sugar, beat with an electric whisk until the color is white and the volume is enlarged, add salt and beat evenly;

Add the beaten egg liquid in two batches and mix well;

Sift in low-gluten flour and mix it slowly with a rubber spatula;
