I bought some strawberries at home on weekends, some of them were washed and eaten directly, and the other was made into strawberry jelly. The jelly made by myself is additive-free, natural, and pure green food. It is safe and hygienic, and it is safe to eat. Homemade strawberry jelly is sweet and sour, very smooth and tender, very fresh and delicious.

1. Remove the stems and wash the strawberries, put them in a small pot, add water, and boil over low heat

2. Boil until the strawberries are soft and rotten, about 2-3 minutes on low heat; use a mesh sieve to crush the cooked strawberries with a spoon, drain the strawberry juice, don’t use the puree

3. Soak the isinglass powder with two teaspoons of water, and then heat it to melt; then add the strawberry juice that has been filtered into the isinglass powder juice and mix well. Add sugar and stir until melted

4. When it is warm, pour it into a glass. Put it in the refrigerator and freeze it (you can cut some strawberries and put it on top)
