Put the egg-beating basin into a large basin with hot water of about 50°, and beat it at high speed until the egg liquid becomes white and viscous, and the dripping egg liquid will not disappear easily, then beat at low speed for 10 seconds until the egg liquid is delicate, and set aside.

Pour the mixed batter into an 8-inch heart-shaped cake tin, shake it a few times to remove large bubbles. Preheat the oven at 160°, and roast the middle and lower layers up and down for 35 minutes, then change the middle layer and roast them for 15 minutes.
7.
When baking the cake, start to cook the strawberries. Put strawberries and fine sugar in the pot, add appropriate amount of water and cook on low heat.

The frozen strawberry jelly is chopped into pieces and put into the heart-shaped depression of the cake. The two colors are as you like.
Tips:
1. About 150 to 200 grams of strawberry jelly is enough to cover the heart-shaped depression of the cake. There is no absolute amount. The fine sugar added in it depends on your taste. If you like sweetness, put a little more.
