115 grams of butter is placed in advance to soften, 170 grams of flour, 10 grams of caster sugar, 10 grams of salt, and a little mixed evenly, add the butter, and knead it into breadcrumbs by hand;

Pour 1 egg liquid evenly and mix well, knead a few times to form a dough;

Divide the dough into two equal parts, wrap them in plastic wrap, and keep them in the refrigerator;

Cut the strawberry and mango into slices, add 5 grams of vanilla extract, 10 grams of cornstarch, 15 grams of caster sugar, and mix well for later use;

Put a piece of baking paper on the chopping board, take the dough out of the refrigerator, put it on the paper, sprinkle a little flour, and roll it into a circle with a diameter of about 25cm; place the fruit in the middle of the pie crust with a 3cm edge reserved on the edge; Fold the pie in one direction.
