Strawberry Puffs

Pour milk into the hot pan.

Add the yellow butter and bring to a boil on low heat.

Pour the flour and turn off the heat.

Stir thoroughly.

Beat an egg.

Pour into the batter three times and stir.

Stir well.

Put it into a piping bag.

Sift the flour into the baking pan and press out a round shape with a cup.

Squeeze into the baking tray.

Bake at 160°C for about 25 minutes until golden brown.

3 tablespoons of condensed white.

Whip the cream.

Put it into a piping bag.

The puffs were cut open with a knife.

Squeeze a circle of cream.

Cover with another layer of puffs and squeeze the cream.

Put strawberries on top.
