Strawberry Rice Ball
1.
Prepare ingredients: 200 grams of rice, 20 grams of sakura powder (sushi powder), appropriate amount of black sesame seeds, and a small piece of cucumber.
2.
Add sakura powder to the rice.
3.
Stir the sakura powder and rice evenly, so that each piece of rice is evenly dyed (the sakura powder is sweet and does not need to be seasoned).
4.
Put on disposable gloves and squeeze the rice into a cone (strawberry shape). It must be squeezed tightly so that it will not fall apart.
5.
Stick the cooked black sesame seeds on the prepared strawberry rice and set aside.
6.
Use cucumber peel to shape a strawberry pedicle, and then cut a thin stalk (dig a small hole in the middle to insert it).
7.
Finally, stick the prepared strawberry pedicles (you can use a toothpick to fix it if you don't stick) and pull it out when you eat. Then the sweet strawberry is ready.
8.
Seeing this look like a strawberry rice ball, the babies still don't take one bite after another.
