This is my son’s favorite flavor, simple and easy to make, sweet and sour~"

Ingredients

Strawberry Sago

1. Prepare the ingredients, wash the strawberries and mangoes, and prepare a large bowl of cold water.

2. Pour water into the pot and boil over high heat, then add sago and continue cooking.

3. Stir a few times in the middle to prevent the pot from sticking, cook until there is a little white heart in the middle, then turn off the heat and cover the pot for 5 minutes.

4. Put the cooked sago under cold boiling water.

5. Pour out the sago.

7. Set aside 2 strawberries for decoration, and cut the remaining strawberries into pieces.

8. Put the strawberry chunks in the fruit cup.

9. Put in sago.

10. Pour the yogurt and cut the strawberries in half for decoration.

11. Wash the mangoes and carve out patterns with molds. It can also be cut into small dices without a mold.

Tips:

1. When the sago is boiled, put the sago after the water is boiled, and stir a few times in the middle to prevent the bottom from sticking. Cook until there is a white heart point in the middle and turn off the heat. After 5 minutes of stuffing, let cool water.
2. The yogurt can be replaced with your favorite flavor, and the strawberry can be replaced with your favorite fruit.
