Strawberry Yogurt Mousse Cake (6 Inches)
1.
Wash the cleaned strawberries, choose one of the same size, use kitchen paper to absorb the surface water, remove the roots, and do everything for the edge.
2.
The butter is insulated and hydrated into liquid, and Oreo biscuits (not sandwiched) are beaten into powder with a food processor. There are not enough eggs to bake cakes at home, so use the bottom of biscuit to save the field.
3.
The mousse ring is wrapped with two layers of tin foil and placed on a plate or baking tray. Mix the biscuit powder and butter well, pour into the mousse ring, flatten and compact with a spoon.
4.
Strawberry slices are attached to the mousse ring, put it in the refrigerator and keep it in the refrigerator.
5.
Gelatine tablets are soaked in cold white to soften.
6.
Pick out the ugly ones from the washed strawberries, cut off the white part of the roots, and cut them into cubes.
7.
Strawberry diced and yogurt are beaten into strawberry yogurt. The yogurt is made by myself.
8.
Pour out the water and melt the gelatine into a liquid, pour it into strawberry yogurt and mix well.
9.
Whip the whipped cream with sugar until it is textured and flowable. Because there is no sugar in yogurt, if you use commercially available yogurt with sweetness, consider the amount of sugar.
10.
Strawberry yogurt and whipped cream are mixed evenly, and the strawberry yogurt mousse is ready.
11.
Take the mousse ring out of the refrigerator and pour the mousse liquid. Keep in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
12.
Mirror method: 50 grams of strawberries are added with water to make strawberry juice. After the gelatine slices are soaked softly, pour out the water and turn them into a liquid, mix well with strawberry juice, and slowly pour them into the mousse ring for decoration.
13.
Demoulding: Blow around the mould with hot air with a hair dryer, hold both sides of the mousse ring with both hands and gently lift it up to demould, then put it in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
Tips:
1. If you like to eat strawberry pellets, you can add some diced strawberries to the mousse paste.
2. Pour gelatine liquid into strawberry yogurt to mix well, otherwise it will agglomerate. If agglomerates, stir evenly over warm water.
3. The homemade yogurt I use is sugar-free. If you use commercially available yogurt, you need to consider the amount of sugar.
4. Use mousse ring, be sure to use something to support the bottom.
5. The amount of formula can be a 6-inch circle (the height of the biscuit base is too short, if you use two cake slices, you can fill the mold), or 8-inch square mousse ring (basically full mold)
