Street Food-biscuits with Tenderloin
1.
raw material
2.
Wash the tenderloin and cut into large slices with a top knife.
3.
Add cooking wine, fermented bean curd juice, pepper, and starchy scallop juice. (When marinating, I wanted to put oyster sauce to marinate, but I didn’t use fresh shellfish juice instead)
4.
Chop garlic and small onions.
5.
Put the chopped onion and garlic into the tenderloin and grab evenly
6.
Wrap the pork tenderloin with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator.
7.
Pick up the chopped onion and minced garlic from the tenderloin that has been marinated overnight.
8.
Heat the pan, add a little oil, add the marinated tenderloin slices and fry until low.
9.
When the color changes on one side, turn it over and fry to the other side, and it is done. (The tenderloin is very tender, and after another night of marinating, it can be cooked in two or three minutes)
10.
Take out the fried tenderloin slices and spread a layer of Gingerle sauce.
11.
Sprinkle with cumin powder.
12.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds at the end.
13.
Cut the biscuits in the middle, add some lettuce, and the fried tenderloin.
14.
The delicious biscuits and tenderloin are set up, let's eat!
