Striped Buns
1.
Prepare a piece of old leaven.
2.
Tear the old noodles into small pieces, add flour, sugar and warm water into the bread maker.
3.
Knead it into a smooth dough, cover it with plastic wrap, and leave it in the refrigerator to ferment overnight.
4.
Fermented dough.
5.
The next morning, take out the dough to exhaust air and add edible alkali to knead it smoothly again, pull out a small piece of dough and add a little red yeast powder to knead it into a red dough.
6.
Both the white dough and the red dough are rolled into dough pieces.
7.
Cut the red noodles into small noodles.
8.
Lay diagonally one by one on the white patch.
9.
Turn it over, striped down, white side up, rolled up from one side, and rolled up into a tight strip.
10.
Use a knife to cut into raw embryos of steamed buns one by one, and trim them into shape.
11.
Put it in the steamer and let it rise again for 20 minutes (do not open the hot pot in the cold water).
12.
When the time is up, turn on the fire to steam, steam for 15 minutes after the steam comes out, turn off the fire and steam again for 3 minutes.
13.
Alright 😁.
14.
The beautiful striped buns are out of the pot.

Tips:
When the red noodles are laid out one by one, they should be a little closer, and the dough will be just right after it is proofed.
