Stuffed Bitter Gourd

Mince pork. Put all the auxiliary ingredients into the meat filling and mix well. Keep in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

Wash the bitter gourd, cut into sections, and remove the flesh.

Put the minced meat into the bitter gourd.

Heat oil in a pan over low heat, put the bitter gourd stuffed in a pan and fry for 3 minutes. Flip and fry for another 3 minutes.

Put the stuffed bitter gourd on a plate, then put it in a steamer and steam it over medium heat for ten minutes.
