Stuffed Grapefruit Peel (chinese Dishes on The Tip of Your Tongue, Made by Hong Kong Ahpo)

Peel the grapefruit peel, put it in a pot and boil for ten minutes, then soak in cold water. Cut the grapefruit peel into triangle shapes.
