I love to eat winter mushrooms, especially fresh winter mushrooms. The meat is thick, sweet and delicious. The taste of stuffed winter mushrooms is very popular with my family. A simple dish, even for banquets or family dinners, it can also be delicious on a big scene!

Stuffed Mushroom

1. Ingredients: fresh mushrooms, lean and fat pork, pepper, dried shallots

2. Use scissors to cut off the arms (stems) of the mushrooms, wash and drain

3. Pork, shallots, washed and minced separately

4. Add pepper, chicken powder, salt, cornstarch and stir evenly, marinate for a while

5. Fill each mushroom with meat (pictured)

6. Use a bowl to make the sauce and set aside: pour the abalone juice, add oyster sauce and corn starch

7. Add a little water and stir well

8. Put oil in a pan to heat, and fry the stuffed side of the stuffed mushrooms on medium heat for a while

9. Fry in turn until browned

10. Pour down the adjusted sauce, cover the pot and simmer for a while until the sauce is dry

11. Shovel it up, decorate it, and pour the remaining sauce on it.

Tips:

When choosing winter mushrooms, try to pick the thick meat and fry them with a good taste. Fresh shiitake mushrooms are suitable for the dish of pork floss and shiitake mushrooms, and dried shiitake mushrooms are suitable for soup and stew dishes. This dish is very simple, but it feels a bit cumbersome to record each step in detail.
