Stuffed Mushroom

Ingredients: fresh mushrooms, lean and fat pork, pepper, dried shallots

Use scissors to cut off the arms (stems) of the mushrooms, wash and drain

Pork, shallots, washed and minced separately

Add pepper, chicken powder, salt, cornstarch and stir evenly, marinate for a while
