One fresh grapefruit peel.

The peeled, green outer layer of skin should be peeled clean, and the triangle size should be about 5 cm. Boil on high heat for 3-5 minutes. It should not be boiled for too long, otherwise it will become rotten, soak in cold water and squeeze out the water for 2-3 times to reduce the bitter taste of grapefruit peel.
