Stuffed Pumpkin Glutinous Rice Balls

1. Prepare the required raw materials.

2. Peel the pumpkin, wash and cut into small pieces, and bite in the microwave for 4 minutes until cooked and soft.

3. After taking it out, press it into a mud while it is hot.

4. Add glutinous rice flour in portions. (Pumpkin is rich in water content, so the amount of glutinous rice flour added is sufficient to form a dough)

5. Knead into a dough that is moderately hard and non-sticky.
