Stuffed Pumpkin Meatballs

For each ingredient, the pumpkin is peeled and cut into small pieces. Because it's a person's weight, the actual pumpkin puree used is about two tablespoons

Put the pumpkin cubes in the microwave and heat for 5 minutes until fully cooked

Take two spoons of pumpkin and put it in a bowl, press it into a puree, add glutinous rice flour

Pumpkin puree is hot and mixed with waxy flour to form a smooth dough

Knead the pumpkin dough into small round shapes according to your own preferences, it can be big or small, it doesn’t matter

Boil a pot of water, add the pumpkin balls and cook until they are cooked through

Soak the pumpkin balls in cold water for later use

Take a small pot, boil a bowl and a half of water, add rock sugar and cook to melt

Add 3 spoons of fermented rice and bring to a boil

Sprinkle dried osmanthus to add fragrance, then turn off the fire

Take a bowl, put the rock sugar and wine stuffed soup and pumpkin balls together, and you're ready to eat
