Stuffed Quail Eggs with Mushrooms

Prepare materials.

Soak the wolfberry and shiitake mushrooms for 10 minutes.

Wash the soaked shiitake mushrooms, rinse the noodles and place them on a plate.

Beat a quail egg in each shiitake mushroom. Put the cleaned wolfberry on the pot and steam for 20 minutes.

Tips:
1. It is better to use steamed shiitake mushrooms to adjust the juice directly. The flavor of shiitake mushrooms is very strong.
2. It tastes fresher with oyster sauce.
