Since I was a child, my grandma likes to make it for me. Every time I eat Yongtofu, I always miss my grandma.

Stuffed Tofu

1. Put the chopped pork into a large bowl, add salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and stir well

2. Tear open the skin of the oily tofu by hand and set aside.

3. Add green onions and eggs

4. Stir well

5. Stuff in the mixed meat filling. Steam in a steamer for 10 minutes

6. Ready to eat

Tips:

If you like to eat, you can add more stuffing like carrots, fungus and shiitake mushrooms are also very delicious!
