Home-cooked, simple version of Hakka Yung Tofu~~~

Stuffed Tofu

1. Ingredients: northern tofu, pork filling

2. Add green onion, ginger, salt, light soy sauce, pepper, cooking wine sesame oil and other seasonings to the pork filling and stir slightly for later use.

3. Tofu cut into thick pieces

4. Use a small spoon to make a hole in the surface (if you like more meat, you can dig deeper, but don’t dig out the bottom),

5. Fill the tofu hole with the marinated meat.

6. Put a little oil in a frying pan and fry the meaty side with low heat until slightly yellow after the oil is hot.

7. Fry it on one side and then turn it over and fry the other side. Fry both sides.

8. In another bowl, mix a little pepper, a little sugar, starch, oyster sauce, soy sauce and a proper amount of water to make a sauce.

9. Place the fried tofu with the meat side down, neatly place it in the pot, and pour the seasoned sauce.

10. Simmer over medium and small fire

11. Simmer until the juice is thick.

12. The finished product!

Tips:

When digging tofu, put the tofu close together, so that the tofu will not be damaged easily when digging holes in the tofu block.
