Stuffed Tofu

1. The pork froth is ready and marinated in salt and soy sauce for 15 minutes.

2. Chop the ginger, cut the green onion into sections and soak in water.

3. Wash the tofu.

4. Take out a piece and draw a cross in a piece of tofu. It becomes four big pieces.

5. Use a small knife to draw a square in the middle, and use a knife to remove the tofu in the middle. You can dig deeper, but you should also dig the tofu according to the thickness of the tofu.

6. All dug up. A little cornstarch can be put in the tofu hole to make the meat more sticky to the tofu.

7. Add cornstarch to the minced meat. If it is dry, add 2 steps of ginger onion water and stir.

8. Put the meat into the tofu separately and smooth it with your hands.

9. Pour soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

10. Add oil to the pan, add tofu and fry, with the meat facing up first, and then fry the other side.

11. Pour the 9-step ginger onion water into the pot.

12. Just boil off the water on the fire. Just sprinkle with chopped green onion when it comes out of the pan.

Tips:

This dish must be northern tofu, that is, old tofu that is too tender will rot and not look good when it is dug.
