I can never live without all-match sauces at home. I recently became obsessed with Zhongjing's mushroom sauce, which is really delicious. I like tofu. I made a tofu stuffed with mushroom sauce on weekends. It was delicious.

Stuffed Tofu

1. The tofu is cut into four squares, and the middle is hollowed out to become a box.

2. Mince mushrooms, mince meat, mince green onion and ginger

3. Add the minced meat and the minced tofu that you just dug out, mix together, and add the shiitake mushroom sauce.

4. Add a little Zhongjing's sesame oil. This sesame oil is particularly fragrant, just a few drops.

5. Mix well and the meat filling is ready.

6. Fill the meat filling into the tofu box just now.

7. Add in the pan and fry in the tofu box until the surface is golden.

8. Turn it over and fry it, and fry it on the side.

9. Add the right amount of water until it looks like tofu, and then add oyster sauce. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

10. Finally, harvest the sauce over high heat and sprinkle a little parsley to garnish.
