This pork ribs rice will be cooked after a while at my house. It is too fragrant and delicious, and it is very simple and convenient, with meat and vegetables, nutritious and delicious. A rice cooker can do it. My friend introduced Haoxiangdao Wuchang rice, which I bought online, wrapped in thick gravy. The grains are distinct, crystal-clear and delicious. You can't stop eating it.

Braised Rice with Pork Ribs and Potatoes

1. Wash the rice for 30 minutes

2. Boil the ribs, remove and wash, diced pleurotus eryngii, carrots and potatoes

4. Add rock sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and shiitake mushroom sauce and stir-fry evenly, then let go of the water, boil and simmer for 20 minutes

5. Put in the rest of the ingredients, add salt, and boil

6. Add the ingredients to the rice, including the soup and water, and mix well. The amount of water is basically the same as usual for cooking rice. If it is not enough, you can add some boiling water. Turn on the cooking button

7. After cooking, mix the rice well and simmer for about 10 minutes

8. Sprinkle chopped green onion at the end
