Stuffed Tofu Pot
1.
Chopped minced meat. (I used the front leg meat)
2.
Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and white pepper and stir well.
3.
Add starch and adjust a little water, and use chopsticks to beat it in one direction. Or grab it with your hands.
4.
Cut the soft tofu into pieces of the same size.
5.
Use a spoon to dig a small hole in the tofu.
6.
Be gentle when digging.
7.
Dig the good tofu one by one.
8.
The scooped tofu is placed in the marinated minced meat.
9.
Mix well with a small spoon. (Or put on disposable gloves and grasp well)
10.
Gently stuff the minced meat into the tofu.
11.
Put oil in the pan and place the side with minced meat on the bottom of the pan. Medium and small fire fry
12.
Fry until golden and turn over carefully.
13.
I also fry the remaining minced meat.
14.
After frying on both sides, put it in a casserole. (Don’t move without a casserole)
15.
Oyster sauce, light soy sauce and white pepper to make the juice.
16.
Pour into a casserole, add a little water and bring to a boil.
17.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
18.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and red pepper diced and turn off the heat.
19.
Cover the lid and simmer for five minutes. Open the lid, the aroma is tangy.
Tips:
Use a wooden spatula and chopsticks when turning the tofu, otherwise it will break.
Because the minced meat and light soy sauce have a salty taste, there is no need to add salt.
If you find it troublesome to put in the casserole, you can simmer it directly in the pan.
