1.
Soak wild rice one day in advance.
2.
Prepare soft tofu, soaked wild rice, and tomatoes.
3.
Pick up the soaked wild rice, pick it up in a bowl or dish suitable for microwave use, and put it in the microwave for 5 minutes.
4.
Use a spoon to dig a hole in the middle of the soft tofu.
5.
Fill in the cooked wild rice.

8.
Heat up a pan, put an appropriate amount of cooking oil, pour the tomatoes down and stir-fry to make the sand, then add a little water to boil.
9.
Cook until the soup thickens, add salt, chicken powder, and a little pepper.
10.
Scoop it up and pour it on top of the tofu.
Tips:
Wild rice is soaked one day in advance, and then cooked in a microwave oven. If there is no microwave, it can be steamed in a steamer. Cut tomatoes as small as possible to make a paste easily.
