Stuffed Tomatoes with Assorted Mushrooms

Wash all materials for later use.

Chop the onion and assorted mushrooms, mince the ginger, and put it in the ground meat.

Add salt and oyster sauce and stir well.

Cut off the pedicle end of the tomato along 1/5.

Use a spoon to dig out the tomato meat.

Stuff the filling into the tomato bowl.

Add water to the pot and use chopsticks to empty the plate, steam for about 10 minutes in water, and then evenly drizzle with olive oil.
