Sugar Buns

The pumpkin was sliced into the microwave oven and bitten for six minutes. After that, it was put into the food processor and mixed with milk to make a paste.

The yeast is soaked in warm milk.

While adding yeast, use chopsticks to stir into a flocculent shape, add pumpkin thinner, and then knead the dough by hand.

Put large drops of dough in a basin and set a warm towel to proof.

When the noodles are finished, knead to remove bubbles, roll into strips, and cut into small pieces.

Black sesame seeds and sugar are added to the filling, and some dried osmanthus flowers are put in the sun.

Roll out the skin and scoop the right amount of stuffing and it's OK.

I steamed it in a microwave oven and steamed it in cold water for six minutes. By the way, I made some steamed buns with cabbage filling.
