100g high-gluten flour, 58g water, 1g yeast. 0.5g of salt, mix and knead to form a medium dough.

Tear the middle seeds into small pieces and put them into the bread bucket. Put all the ingredients in the main ingredients into the bread bucket in the order of liquid first and then solid, and start the breading program of the bread machine.

The second proofing is twice as large. Dip one end of the rolling pin with water, then dip some black sesame seeds, press lightly on the dough, and the sesame seeds will be on the noodles.

Tips:
Adjust the amount of flour according to the water absorption of flour. For example, I used Xinliang bread flour this time, which was almost water-absorbing, so I added 10 grams of flour. Therefore, I must carefully adjust the amount of flour by myself.
The temperature of the oven should be adjusted according to the performance of your own oven. The heating power should be reduced by 5-10 degrees than the normal toast. I did not reduce it. Is the fire a bit too big?
