Sugar Cookies

The butter is softened at room temperature, add white sugar and 1 g of salt, and stir well.

Pour the egg liquid in 3 times and mix well.

Add a few drops of vanilla extract and mix well.

Sift in the low flour, stir evenly, knead into a dough, put it on the chopping board and integrate it into a rectangular shape, wrap it with greased paper and freeze it in the refrigerator for about 45 minutes until it is hard.

Take out, brush with egg white liquid, and roll in white sugar.

Cut into even slices.
