Mix the milk and dry yeast and mix well; add salt, soda powder, black sesame and butter to the low powder, pour in the yeast milk and knead the dough; wrap the kneaded dough with plastic wrap for 20 minutes, roll it into thin slices, and fold it several times

Finally, roll out into thin slices of about 0.2 cm, brush a layer of light salt water, pierce the holes with a fork, and line the baking pan with non-stick paper or non-stick cloth; use a biscuit model to press out the shape, and use a blade to move the pressed shape to the baking pan. Then the biscuits are left at room temperature for ten minutes; the oven is preheated to 200 degrees. Bake the biscuits in the middle and upper layer of the oven for 10 minutes

After the dough is rolled out, fold it several times to increase the layering of the biscuits, usually two or three times; the pressed biscuits can be placed for a while to fully stretch the dough and avoid shrinking after baking.
Tips:
Sesame contains lecithin, choline and inositol that prevent the body from gaining weight, so eating sesame will not gain weight. While dieting to lose weight, if combined with the consumption of sesame seeds, rough skin can be improved.
