Sugar Oil Cake

Add boiling water to the flour, and stir while pouring to form a flocculent.

Knead into dough and let stand for 10 minutes. Don't make the dough too hard.

Add some flour to the brown sugar and mix well. Prevent the dripping sugar from burning to your mouth after being out of the pan.

Divide the dough into small pieces.

After pressing flat, add sugar filling. Wrap it and press it gently.

Put a proper amount of oil in the pot. When the oil temperature is 60% to 70% hot, the chopsticks can be put in when there are bubbles around it. Put the dough into the dough and fry until it bulges in the middle, and the two sides can be golden.
