Sugar Osmanthus

Pick the sweet-scented osmanthus and remove the impurities

Then put the sweet-scented osmanthus on the sieve, sift gently, the small rod will be stretched out, and then slowly pick the rod, this is the most troublesome

Soak the sweet-scented osmanthus in water for another half an hour

Wash and drain

The glass bottle is boiled in hot water and drained

First add sugar to the bottom of the bottle

Then add a layer of osmanthus

Put another layer of sugar and repeat the work

Fill the bottle

Another way is to use steaming to marinate the osmanthus in salt for half an hour

Then wash with water and soak again until there is no salty taste

Drain and put in a bowl

Add sugar

Note: I think it is better to use steaming method, which is quick and convenient. After marinating the osmanthus with salt, there is no bitter taste.
