Sugar Osmanthus

Dried sweet-scented osmanthus clean water to clean impurities and dust, then remove and drain. It is best to clean the container in advance and steam it on the pot.

Put the cleaned osmanthus into a container. If you use sugar, you can put a little sugar on a layer of osmanthus and steam it quickly. I used honey, so no honey was added at this time. Steam for five minutes.

Take out the steamed osmanthus and mix it with honey after it has cooled thoroughly. It is recommended to mix it after a few spoonfuls, and then put it again until it is mixed well, but not too much honey. After making it, seal it and put it in the refrigerator, and take it when you need to eat it.
