Sugar Pancakes

Mix flour, salt, eggs, yeast, water, add 5 grams of oil, and make a softer dough, wait for fermentation.

Add 20 grams of flour to brown sugar, add water, and stir to form a thick batter, set aside.

Don't knead and stir the dough after it is ready, put it directly on the oiled cutting board, stretch and flatten it.

Cut into pieces, spread the brown sugar dough on the white dough with two cuts in the middle.

Tips:
Putting eggs in the flour can make the oil cake fluffy and better.
The oil temperature of the fried sugar pancakes should not be too high. You can put them in the pan with chopsticks. You can put the pancakes into deep fry when you see small bubbles from the tips of the chopsticks.
