Sugar Refreshment Biscuits

Cut the butter into small pieces and warm it up to soften it.

After the butter has softened, lightly beat until smooth.

Add the powdered sugar and stir until the powdered sugar and butter are fully integrated.

Add salt and mix well.

Add the beaten egg liquid in two times and stir until it is fully integrated.

Add the milk in two portions, and stir until it is fully integrated.

Add vanilla powder and mix well. The stirred butter paste should be smooth, fine and even.

Sift the low-gluten flour and baking powder into the butter paste.

Roll the combined dough into a 0.3cm thick sheet and press it into shape.

Put the formed flakes in a baking tray, brush a layer of milk on the surface, and sprinkle an appropriate amount of coarse sugar.

Preheat the oven at 190 degrees for five minutes and put it in the oven. Bake for about ten minutes on the middle level. The biscuits are baked until they are slightly yellowed and ready to be eaten.
