Sugar Roasted Chestnut

Clean the chestnut, wipe dry the water, and then cut a hole in the chestnut with scissors.

Coat the cut chestnuts evenly with cooking oil

Adjust the oven to 200 to preheat, put the chestnuts in the oven and bake for 20 minutes

While roasting the chestnuts, mix the white sugar and boiled water into sugar water for later use.

After taking out the roasted chestnuts and letting them cool, brush them evenly with sugar water, then bake them for another ten minutes, and brush them twice

The roasted chestnuts are freshly baked!
