Sugar Roasted Chestnut

Clean the chestnuts and cut a cut with a knife.

Soak the chestnuts in water for 20 minutes.

Remove the chestnuts and place them on a drying rack to dry.

Put the chestnuts in a basin, add a spoonful of peanut oil, and stir evenly so that each chestnut is coated with oil.
