Sugarcane Luo Han Guo Tea

When buying sugar cane, ask the hawker to help chop it into pieces. When you go home, use a steel wire ball to clean the surface carefully.

Then erect the sugarcane segment, split it in half with a knife, then divide it into two, and cut it into four halves

According to the amount of sugar cane, add 2-3 times the amount of water (the pot is 7 or 8 minutes full)

Put another mangosteen fruit and turn on high heat (wash the mangosteen fruit and break into small pieces)

After boiling, reduce the heat to a low heat slowly to cook through

After turning off the heat, pass the boiled sugarcane water through a sieve and pour it into a large glass

Don’t pour out the boiled sugarcane mangosteen right away, continue to boil it with water
