I have always missed the taste of the sauced eggplant made by grandma. Unlike most Northeastern people, the eggplant made by her is cut into halves, put some chili, and the sauce is fried. Open it and roll it in the sauce. The eggplant with the sauce is much more delicious and gentle. Recently, I finally learned how to make it by myself. Although I failed many times, it is worth looking at today's success.

Sukiyaki Sauce Fragrant Cut into Strips

1. Wash the eggplant

2. Wash the red pepper

3. Cut the eggplant into strips, and cut the pepper as you like

4. Put the oil in the pot, add the chopped green onion, garlic slices, ginger slices, star anise pepper powder, sauté the pot, add some water and add the soybean paste so that the soybean paste will not be mushy

5. Add the eggplant strips, stir-fry, cover the pan and let it sit on low heat for 5 minutes until cooked, add the chili, add the strips and it is ready, put on a plate and serve.

Tips:

Add water before amplifying the sauce. Note that the sauce is easy to paste.
