Sake mirin soy sauce palm sugar in a pot and boil for 2-3 minutes

Tofu use kitchen paper to absorb excess water on the surface

Heat the thick-bottomed pot without oil and roast the tofu until it is light brown.

Tofu cut into large pieces

Cut all materials with a knife

Put beef (or other oils) in a hot pan and fry the beef until it changes color and serve.

Put other vegetables except green onions into the pot evenly, sprinkle in the usual sauce prepared before, cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes

Add the green onions and beef and continue to simmer for 2-3 minutes (do not put the beef with the konjac shreds)
