Hearing pickled peppers, doesn’t it feel very appetizing? Using pickled peppers and octopus will make you eat more rice in the summer season.
Sour pickled peppers and crispy octopus, imagine if it tastes great. "

Summer Appetizer Dish---pickled Pepper Hairtail

1. Add cooking wine and pepper to the water, soak the cleaned hairtail for 15 minutes to help remove the fishy.

2. Soak the octopus with kitchen paper to dry the water, and marinate with the marinade (see Tips) for 15 minutes.

3. Prepare the kimchi you need.

4. Cut the kimchi into the desired shape.

5. The marinated hairtail is fried in the pan until golden on both sides.

6. Fried hairtail.

7. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add pepper and kimchi and stir fry to create a fragrant flavor.

8. Then pour the octopus, add a small amount of cooking wine, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, stir fry evenly, and finally sprinkle with green onions.

Tips:

Ingredients: octopus marinade: cooking wine, salt and pepper, ingredients: pickled peppers, pickled ginger, garlic, pepper, shallots, seasoning: light soy sauce, old soy sauce, cooking wine
1. In the last step, you can also add a small amount of water and simmer, but my family prefers the dry fragrance, so I omitted this step.
